ACCESS Card Policy

1. to sell or attempt to sell any ticket or compliant medium;

2. to rent or attempt to rent any ticket or compliant medium;

2. to accept or use a ticket or compliant medium obtained in violation of paragraphs a), b), or c) of this section;

3. to use a ticket that was not issued in exchange for payment of the applicable fare;

4. to use a compliant medium that was not issued in exchange for payment of the required fees;

5. to obtain or attempt to obtain a ticket or compliant medium without right;

6. to falsify, modify, alter, or reproduce a ticket or compliant medium;

7. to use or attempt to use an expired, falsified, modified, altered, or reproduced ticket or compliant medium;

8. to obtain more than one transfer right;

9. to obtain or attempt to obtain a move without having paid the right of way in the manner provided for in I.
