Transports Québec Eligibility Policy
Main Criteria
Inability to walk 400 m on level ground;
Inability to climb a 35 cm step with support or inability to descend one without support;
Inability to complete a trip using regular public transit;
Inability to orient oneself in time or space;
Inability to control situations or behaviours that could be detrimental to one's own safety or that of others;
Inability to communicate verbally or with gestures. However, this inability alone cannot be considered for admission purposes.
