    Call at least one hour ahead. An agent answers between 6:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Closed Sunday.

What to have ready

  • Your user number
  • The date and time of the trip
