ACCÈS card policy

1. ACCÈS card

The ACCÈS pictogram card holds all fares of the Société de transport de Salaberry-de-Valleyfield (STSV).

2. Prohibitions

No person may:

1. sell or attempt to sell any fare or compliant medium;
2. rent or attempt to rent any fare or compliant medium;
3. accept or use a fare or compliant medium obtained in breach of the preceding paragraphs;
4. use a fare that was not issued in exchange for payment of the applicable price;
5. use a compliant medium that was not issued in exchange for payment of the applicable fees;
6. obtain or attempt to obtain a fare or compliant medium without entitlement;
7. forge, modify, alter or reproduce a fare or compliant medium;
8. use or attempt to use an expired, forged, modified, altered or reproduced fare or compliant medium;
9. obtain more than one transfer entitlement;
10. obtain or attempt to obtain a trip without paying the fare as set out in section 1.
